For over 28 years Mr. Weisman has been concentrating his practice in the area of creditors’ rights, real estate, landlord-tenant law, general litigation, bankruptcy and foreclosures. He’s been appointed by the Missouri Supreme Court to serve as a member of the State of Missouri Disciplinary Committee as a disciplinary hearing officer through 2015.
He is the author of the Missouri Bar Real Estate Practice CLE, Chapter 11. He is a frequent seminar speaker for the National Business Institute (NBI) and Half Moon Seminars. Mr. Weisman has been recognized for the years 2003-2014 by the Bar Register of Preeminent Lawyers. He is rated by other attorneys as deserving of an“AV” rating in the Martindale-Hubbell legal directory which is the highest possible rating. Mr. Weisman’s commitment to clients is simple: To provide proactive, efficient and timely service on every file.
